A carousel combines a message bubble with up to ten cards. Each card carries a media header, body text, and up to two buttons, which makes the format ideal for showing several products, offers, or options side by side.
Like every template, a carousel is submitted for approval with a category, usually marketing, and the content and variables of each card are reviewed. Buttons can mix quick replies with links, for example one card per product pointing to its page.
For e-commerce, carousels turn a broadcast into a browsable mini-shelf: new arrivals, cross-sells, or a restock roundup. Kanal builds carousel cards from Shopify product data, so images, names, and links stay consistent with the store.
